\n*Provide back-office support by processing customer requests and product-related inquiries;
\n*Handle incoming queries via internal systems (no phone communication);
\n*Review, verify, and update product information in the company's platform;
\n*Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution;
\n*Maintain data accuracy and follow company guidelines and quality standards.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Italian or Dutch, or Greek, or Danish (B2-C1 level);
\n*Good command of English for internal communication and training;
\n*Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online tools and platforms;
\n*Attention to detail and ability to work independently;
\n*Previous experience in customer support or back-office roles is a plus, but not mandatory.<\/p>\n
