\n*Respond promptly and politely to customer questions via phone, live chat, or email;
\n*Offer basic tech support for modern electronic devices and app-based platforms;
\n*Assist with common product or account issues in a clear, friendly manner;
\n*Deliver top-notch customer care through professional and engaging communication;
\n* Escalate complex technical matters to specialized teams when needed;
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Dutch or Latvian, or Swedish, or French, or Finnish, plus solid English skills;
\n*Strong written and verbal communication abilities;
\n*A customer-first attitude with a practical, problem-solving mindset;
\n*Confidence using computers and everyday software tools;
\n*Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment;
\n*Previous experience in customer or tech support is a bonus - not a must.<\/p>\n
