For one of our clients - a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global
\nbrand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for -\u00a0Junior<\/strong>
\nTechnical Support Associate with Slovenian or Irish, or Lithuanian, or Icelandic<\/strong>
\n(FTE\/PTE).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions via chat and email;
\n*Provide basic technical help related to the company`s products or services;
\n*Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions and solutions;
\n*Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues;
\n*Deliver professional and efficient support to ensure high customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n*Fluent in Slovenian, Irish, Lithuanian, or Icelandic and very good English;
\n*Previous experience in customer\/technical support is a plus;
\n*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
\n*Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
\n*Good computer skills and quick to learn new tools and systems.<\/p>\n
