\n*Support users in troubleshooting routine product or account concerns effectively;
\n*Deliver exceptional customer experience through clear, polite, and engaging communication;
\n*Redirect more complex technical issues to expert teams;
\n*Keep precise and thorough records of customer interactions and case progress.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Croatian, Czech, or Hungarian, paired with proficient English language skills;
\n*Strong oral and written communication talents;
\n*Client-centric mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach;
\n*Comfortable navigating computers and standard software applications;
\n*Motivated to learn and excel in a dynamic, technology-focused setting;
