For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue
\ngrowth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for
\n- Software Implementation Specialist with Arabic or French, Polish or Swedish (Hybrid).<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong> Qualifications:<\/strong> Our client offers:<\/strong> If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next
\n*Lead new client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition to our software solutions;
\n*Build strong relationships through face-to-face meetings to encourage product adoption and
\nengagement;
\n*Track and manage customer progress from initial setup to full license activation;
\n*Provide expert advice on best practices and help clients optimize their use of our products;
\n*Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system;
\n*Quickly troubleshoot and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal teams when needed.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in Arabic or French or Polish or Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written skills;
\n*Two years' experience in client support or BPO roles, ideally in tech or software industries;
\n*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
\n*Strong communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills;
\n*Comfortable working with CRM platforms and managing client cases or tickets;
\n*Customer-focused and consultative, with the ability to analyze data to improve client outcomes.<\/p>\n
