Responsibilities:
\n*Lead, coach, and motivate a team, ensuring policy and procedure compliance;
\n*Understand the team's tasks to ensure smooth operations;
\n*Dispute management from clients and team members;
\n*Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback;
\n*Monitor agent performance and help implement operational plans;
\n*Communicate strategies and goals during meetings;
\n*Drive performance and address underperformance and compliance issues.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n*Proficient in German (B2) and intermediate in English;
\n*Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in people management required;
\n*Ability to present value-driven solutions to clients;
\n*Strong time management and goal achievement skills;
\n*Experience in multi-system environments and CRM tools;
\n*Excellent communication skills at all management levels;
\n*Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on high-quality service.<\/p>\n
