\n*Provide customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, and social media);
\n*Assist users with issues related to online store applications and tools;
\n*Manage and organize files using Google Drive;
\n*Troubleshoot and escalate basic technical issues to the appropriate teams;
\n*Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional communication tone at all times;
\n*Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Slovak or Czech or Slovenian (excellent written and spoken skills);
\n*Intermediate level of English for internal communication and training;
\n*Experience using online store apps (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus;
\n*Basic technical understanding and ability to follow troubleshooting steps;
\n*Proficiency with Google Drive and cloud-based tools;
\n*Customer-oriented mindset with a polite and helpful attitude.<\/p>\n
