\nlooking for -\u00a0Sales Coordinator with Spanish or Italian with English (Hybrid).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Handle the coordination of day-to-day sales tasks and assist the sales team in their<\/em>\u00a0operations;<\/em>
\n*Serve as a key contact point for Spanish or Italian-speaking clients, ensuring clear and<\/em>
\nprofessional communication;<\/em>
\n*Monitor order progress, manage timelines, and address client queries promptly;<\/em>
\n* Compile and maintain accurate sales records, presentations, and internal reports;<\/em>
\n*Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and meet customer<\/em>\u00a0expectations;<\/em>
\n*Help deliver a positive customer journey by ensuring efficiency and responsiveness.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Advanced level of Spanish or Italian, with strong English communication skills;<\/em>
\n*Previous background in sales administration, back-office support, or customer-facing roles;<\/em>
\n*Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach and great collaboration skills;<\/em>
\n*Confident user of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage;<\/em>
\n*Highly organized, detail-conscious, and able to multitask under deadlines;<\/em>
\n*Motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic and results-driven setting.<\/em><\/p>\n
