\n*Deliver expert-level support to customers via chat, phone, and email, helping them resolve
\ntechnical issues efficiently;
\n*Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical challenges by replicating issues and
\npinpointing their root cause;
\n*Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to report bugs, verify fixes, and test patches;
\n*Keep support cases well-documented and up to date in the CRM system;
\n*Contribute to our knowledge base by writing and improving helpful technical articles;
\n*Support team growth by mentoring colleagues and sharing your technical know-how.<\/p>\n
\n*Average 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, IT operations, or cybersecurity
\nenvironments;
\n*Excellent English; strong background in troubleshooting both Windows and Linux operating
\nsystems;
\n*Confident using diagnostic tools such as logs, traces, and memory dumps to investigate issues;
\n*Solid understanding of various database systems, including SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle,
\nMongoDB, and MySQL;
\n*Practical experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V;
\n*Familiar with core networking and security protocols like TCP\/IP, TLS\/SSL, REST APIs, and SAML;
\n*Experience working with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, eDirectory) and
\nmanaging web\/app servers like Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and Jboss.<\/p>\n
