For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
\nprocess optimization for global clients, we are looking for - Technical Support Specialist
\nwith Czech or Greek or Slovenian or Slovak (PTE).<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n*Handle customer queries via email, chat, or phone;
\n*Assist with basic tech issues and guide users step by step;
\n*Pass on complex cases to the right teams;
\n*Keep clear records of customer conversations and solutions;
\n*Ensure a great user experience with friendly, helpful support;
\n*Follow team guidelines and share insights to improve processes.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n*Fluency in Czech, Greek, Slovenian, or Slovak and good English;
\n*Customer support experience is a bonus;
\n*Basic tech know-how (browsers, email, software tools);
\n*Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset;
\n*Self-motivated and organized, especially in remote work;
\n*Flexible for part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends.<\/p>\n
