For our client - a well-established company offering rebar billet, rebar
\nsteel, metals and building materials from world-renowned manufacturers -
\nwe are looking for a motivated professional for the role of Sales Manager - Construction
\nMaterials.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n*Actively attract new customers through direct sales and expansion of
\ncustomer base;
\n*Developing quotations against customer requirements and tracking feedback;
\n*Communication with current and potential clients - organizing meetings, preparing
\npresentations and commercial negotiations;
\n*Maintaining a high level of customer service - preparing and sending
\ndocuments, assistance with inquiries, clarifications on offers and invoices;
\n*Preparation of periodic reports on submitted offers and concluded transactions, inputting
\nof information in the warehouse system, reporting regularly to the line manager;
\n*Comply with internal policies, protect company interests and actively
\nparticipation in the overall commercial process;
\n*Substituting for colleagues and assisting in other commercial activities as required.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n*Higher education - an advantage;
\n*Very good computer literacy (MS Office, specialized software);
\n* Previous experience in direct sales - a must;
\n*Advantage: established relationships with business clients in the construction sector;
\n*Active driving license - required;
\n*An entrepreneurial spirit, energy and initiative;
\n*Strong results orientation, adaptability and resourcefulness;
\n*Developed sales skills and customer focus;
\n*Responsibility, teamwork and professional loyalty.<\/p>\n
