\nSupport Agent with English - Fully Remote.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* You serve as the main point of contact for end products and services users;
\n* Provide feedback to end users, after they submit a request or once a specific case has
\nhave been processed;
\n* Keep the database updated with details about the tasks and operations you've completed;
\n* And use specialized software to handle queries and support various work systems.<\/p>\n
\n* English proficiency at a B2 level and strong communication skills;
\n* A positive and proactive approach to work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
\n* Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to adapt quickly to changing
\ncircumstances;
\n* Ability to work effectively in a team with self-discipline, confidentiality and accuracy;
\n* High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office, previous experience in
\ncommunication and customer service is a plus.<\/p>\n
\n* Solid salary and full-time, fully-remote job;
\n* Additional health insurance and paid annual leave days;
\n* Shifts during the whole week or day, with working scheme of five 8h working days during the week, or four 10h working days a week.<\/p>\n
