\nfor the role of\u00a0Junior Tech Support Agent with English - Hybrid.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Regularly interacting with users to assist with products and services;
\n* Giving feedback to users after they make a request or after handling a case;
\n* Keeping our database current with details on activities and operations;
\n* Using specialized software to run queries and support our systems.<\/p>\n
\n* English skills at a B2 level and awesome communication skills (previous experience in
\ncustomer service is a plus);
\n* Friendly and quick to respond in conversations;
\n* Can adapt easily to changes and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
\n* Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office;
\n* Good at prioritizing and managing time;
\n* Team player, self-disciplined, confidential, and precise.<\/p>\n
\n* Paid initial training (during the first month), working time during the training period 10:00-
\n18:30h Monday-Friday with 1 or 2 days at the office (depending on the city);
\n* Working time organized in shifts (10:00-23:00h Monday-Sunday) with 5 working and 2 days
\noff a week, shifts are assigned;
\n* Hybrid model of work, 1 day from office in Sofia and 2 days from office in Plovdiv;
\n* Solid salary and performance bonus (up to 600 BGN gross);
\n* Sales through service bonus (no cap, the more services you sell, the higher your bonus);
\n* Earning potential, (agent hitting peak performance could earn up to 1875 BGN gross in
\nbonuses monthly, bringing their total potential monthly earnings to 3975 BGN gross);
\n* Full-time employment and monthly food vouchers worth 60 BGN.<\/p>\n
