For one of our clients - a global leader in business services, using technology to enhance

\nManager with Slovak and English.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n*Supervise and monitor daily activities of a team of call center agents, ensuring adherence to
\ncompany policies and legal regulations;
\n*Provide regular coaching and feedback to employees to help them meet and exceed performance goals;
\n*Address performance issues, implement improvement plans, and take corrective actions when necessary;
\n*Ensure service quality aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets;
\n*Handle escalated customer interactions and serve as a subject matter expert when needed;
\n*Organize team meetings and activities to facilitate communication and engagement.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n*Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is an advantage;
\n*Strong proficiency in Slovak and English for effective communication;
\n*Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high performance;
\n*Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
\n*Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction;
\n*Flexibility to work on-site with a rotating schedule, including weekends, as needed.<\/p>\n
