For one of our clients - a global leader in business services, using technology to enhance

\nCare Associate with Serbian or Slovenian or Czech or Azerbaijani.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n*Support users with their personal devices in a friendly and clear way;
\n*Communicate via chat, email, or phone to resolve issues promptly;
\n*Troubleshoot problems and ensure smooth, satisfying experiences;
\n*Keep records and follow up to make sure everything is resolved;
\n*Work with your team to improve service and find quick solutions;
\n*Stay up to date on product changes to give helpful advice.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n*Fluency in Serbian, Slovenian, Czech, or Azerbaijani (C1), and good English (B2);
\n*Experience in customer or tech support is a plus;
\n*Problem-solving mindset and a friendly, customer-focused attitude;
\n*Clear communication and ability to explain tech in a simple way;
\n*Fast learner with basic tech skills;
\n*Team spirit, organization, and reliability.<\/p>\n
