\n- Content Moderation Specialist with Czech or Polish (FTE\/PTE).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Review user-generated content and ads for policy violations;
\n*Identify and escalate harmful or sensitive material;
\n*Ensure timely and accurate moderation decisions;
\n*Follow platform-specific guidelines and procedures;
\n*Maintain productivity and quality standards;
\n*Collaborate with team leads to improve moderation processes.<\/p>\n
\n* Proficiency in Czech or Polish (C1 level);
\n* Good command of English (B2 level or higher);
\n* Ability to handle graphic or sensitive content with resilience;
\n* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking;
\n* Willingness to work 24\/7 shifts (Full-Time or Part-Time);
\n* Previous experience in content moderation is a plus, but not required.<\/p>\n
