\n*Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone;
\n*Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our products and services;
\n*Troubleshoot and guide customers through technical challenges;
\n*Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on open cases;
\n*Collaborate with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and improvements;
\n*Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional tone in all communications.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in Norwegian or Danish and English (both spoken and written);
\n*Previous experience in customer support or a similar role (preferably in a tech or fintech environment);
\n*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
\n*Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex issues in a simple way;
\n*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
\n*Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in different shifts to meet customer needs.<\/p>\n
