For one of our customers - a reliable partner in the agricultural trade<\/em>
\nproduction with long-term relationships with Bulgarian and international manufacturers,<\/em>
\nprocessors and exporters, we are looking for HR Coordinator - Recruitment and Administration.<\/em><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em>
\n*Participation in the entire recruitment process - from posting to hiring;<\/em>
\n* Communication with managers to specify the required profiles;<\/em>
\n*Organization and tracking of documents and processes related to hiring;<\/em>
\n* Identifying training needs and assisting in their organisation;<\/em>
\n*assisting with performance evaluation and giving feedback;<\/em>
\n*Involvement in the organization of internal events - teambuilding, campaigns,<\/em>
\nHolidays;<\/em>
\n* Support in the establishment and implementation of internal rules and policies.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em>
\n* education in psychology, human resources or administration;<\/em>
\n* Previous experience in recruitment or HR (at least 1 year) is an advantage but not mandatory;<\/em>
\n*good command of English (level B1-B2);<\/em>
\n*very good computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint;<\/em>
\n* Ability to communicate with different people and keep a balance between employees and<\/em>
\norganization;<\/em>
\n*proactivity, honesty, discretion and desire for development;<\/em>
\n*driving license - category B.<\/em><\/p>\n
