\nare looking for an Implementation\u00a0Consultant with Turkish and English (Hybrid).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Guide clients through smooth onboarding and setup of software solutions;
\n* Build strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings;
\n* Track client progress and ensure successful product adoption;
\n* Log interactions and manage support tickets via CRM tools;
\n* Provide expert advice and best practices for product use.<\/p>\n
\n* 2-3 years of experience in BPO or client support;
\n* Fluent in Turkish and English, both spoken and written;
\n* Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
\n* Great communicator with strong organizational skills;
\n* Experience with CRM systems and a consultative mindset.<\/p>\n
\n*Monday-Friday standard working hours, hybrid model;
