\n*Provide basic technical help to business clients via phone, email, or chat;
\n*Handle common problems with devices like computers, tablets, printers, and phones;
\n*Help customers install or remove programs and check if everything works correctly;
\n*Support users with login issues, password resets, and internet connection problems;
\n*Follow simple step-by-step guides to solve known issues or report them to higher-level support;
\n*Keep records of customer cases and follow up when needed.<\/p>\n
\n*Very good command of both German and English - written and spoken;
\n*Previous experience in customer support is required;
\n*Basic computer skills, including Windows, MS Office, and web browsing;
\n*High school diploma or equivalent;
\n*Friendly and clear communication style;
\n*Willingness to learn new tools and follow instructions closely.<\/p>\n
\n*The working hours are 8-hours shifts (Monday - Friday), on schedule between 07:00 - 21:00;
\n*Remote work model;
