For one of our clients, a rising star in the customer experience management field, we are<\/em>
\nlooking for -\u00a0Client Support Advisor with English (Remote).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide customer support via voice calls, email or social media;<\/em>
\n*Help with account questions, product info, and basic technical issues (mainly in telecom<\/em>
\nservices);<\/em>
\n*Ensure a positive experience in every interaction;<\/em>
\n*Follow up on open cases and make sure issues are resolved on time;<\/em>
\n*Update customer data accurately in the system;<\/em>
\n*Work with other teams to solve more complex problems when needed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluent English - written and spoken, including phone support;<\/em>
\n* Good communication and listening skills;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable using social media and digital communication tools;<\/em>
\n*Friendly and calm under pressure;<\/em>
\n*Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus, but not required.<\/em><\/p>\n
