For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency<\/em>
\nand outstanding client experiences, we are looking for -\u00a0Customer Support Representative<\/strong><\/em>
\nwith German or Danish or Norwegian with English (Remote).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em>
\n*Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;<\/em>
\n*Assist with money transfer-related issues or escalate when needed;<\/em>
\n*Ensure timely and accurate responses to all client requests;<\/em>
\n*Communicate with B2B clients in a professional manner;<\/em>
\n*Follow company procedures and maintain service quality;<\/em>
\n*Log and track customer interactions using internal tools.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em>
\n*Fluency in German, Danish, or Norwegian (B2-C1 level);<\/em>
\n*Good command of English for internal communication and training;<\/em>
\n*Previous customer support experience is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems;<\/em>
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;<\/em>
\n*Ability to work remotely and independently.<\/em><\/p>\n
