For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and<\/em>
\nprocess optimization for global clients, we are looking for -\u00a0Backoffice Online Platform<\/strong><\/em>
\nSpecialist with Dutch or German or Arabic or Danish (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Process customer requests and product-related inquiries in the system (no calls involved);<\/em>
\n*Manage incoming tickets and messages through internal tools;<\/em>
\n*Review and update product details on the platform with accuracy;<\/em>
\n*Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently;<\/em>
\n*Ensure data quality and follow internal procedures.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Dutch, German, Arabic, or Danish (B2-C1 level);<\/em>
\n*Solid English skills for training and daily communication;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable using basic digital tools and web platforms;<\/em>
\n*Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in support or back-office work is a bonus, but not required.<\/em><\/p>\n
