For one of our clients - a top innovator in digital solutions and AI automation, optimizing<\/em>

\n- Backoffice Information Security Analyst with Arabic or Danish (Hybrid).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Deliver top-notch chat support in Arabic or Danish, ensuring a great customer experience;<\/em>
\n*Review and assess digital content to ensure it follows platform safety standards;<\/em>
\n*Investigate and resolve user reports related to security or guideline violations;<\/em>
\n*Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and boost user satisfaction;<\/em>
\n*Keep accurate logs of all user interactions and resolved cases;<\/em>
\n*Be flexible to work rotating day and night shifts as part of a 24\/7 support team.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Arabic or Danish, plus solid English communication skills;<\/em>
\n*Sharp eye for detail and a critical mindset when evaluating online content;<\/em>
\n*Background in customer service, content moderation, or digital safety is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting;<\/em>
\n*Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude;<\/em>
\n*Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.<\/em><\/p>\n
