Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide friendly and professional support via phone, chat, and email;<\/em>
\n*Assist customers with non-technical troubleshooting;<\/em>
\n*Understand customer needs and deliver clear, effective solutions;<\/em>
\n* Escalate complex issues to senior specialists when needed;<\/em>
\n*Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Proficiency in Czech or Slovak or Slovenian (C1) and English (B2);<\/em>
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;<\/em>
\n*Empathy, patience, and customer-first mindset;<\/em>
\n*Ability to work in standard shifts or flexible part-time (4h\/6h);<\/em>
\n*Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.<\/em><\/p>\n
