\n- Corporate Trip Coordinator with German or Dutch.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Support business travelers over the phone with bookings and changes;
\n*Arrange flights, hotels, trains, and other travel needs;
\n*Solve travel issues quickly and keep trips running smoothly;
\n*Deliver friendly, personalized service to every customer;
\n*Record trip details and updates in the system;
\n*Work closely with teammates and pass on complex cases when needed.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Dutch or German and English (both written and spoken);
\n*Clear and confident phone communication, with good listening skills;
\n*Some experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus;
\n*Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage;
\n*Previous contact center experience is helpful but not required;
\n*Good computer and typing skills (MS Office knowledge).<\/p>\n
