For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and<\/em>
\nstreamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for - Customer Service Expert<\/em>
\nwith Czech or Slovak or Azerbeidjan and English.<\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em>
\n*Assist customers via calls, emails, or chats in a friendly and clear way;<\/em>
\n*Resolve basic product, service, or order inquiries quickly and professionally;<\/em>
\n*Escalate complex cases to the right teams when needed;<\/em>
\n*Keep accurate records of all customer interactions;<\/em>
\n*Suggest relevant products or services when appropriate.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em>
\n*Fluency in Czech, Slovak, or Azerbaijani and good English;<\/em>
\n*Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;<\/em>
\n*Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems;<\/em>
\n*Organized, able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure;<\/em>
\n*Customer service or call center experience is a plus.<\/em><\/p>\n
