\nCustomer service agent in a call centre with German or French or Turkish or<\/em>\u00a0Serbian.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone;<\/em>
\n*Customer service and providing information about devices and services;<\/em>
\n* Perform administrative tasks and maintain records;<\/em>
\n* Maintain basic technical knowledge of products and services;<\/em>
\n*Coordinating and directing customers to the appropriate departments as needed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Excellent knowledge of German or French, or Turkish or Serbian;<\/em>
\n*English at B2 level or above;<\/em>
\n*Good communication and customer service skills;<\/em>
\n*Basic technical knowledge and the ability to learn new information quickly;<\/em>
\n*Organization, attention to detail and documentation skills.<\/em>
\n
