Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide personalized advertising solutions that help clients achieve their business goals;<\/em>
\n*Manage and grow a portfolio of small-to-medium business clients, driving revenue and long-<\/em>\u00a0term success;<\/em>
\n*Suggest campaign improvements and introduce additional products to maximize ad<\/em>\u00a0performance;<\/em>
\n*Proactively engage clients via phone and email, offering guidance, insights, and hands-on<\/em>\u00a0support;<\/em>
\n*Build strong, trust-based relationships that foster loyalty and long-term partnerships;<\/em>
\n*Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in digital advertising to stay ahead.<\/em><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Experienced in B2B sales, preferably with consultative or outbound experience;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset and a track record of achieving goals;<\/em>
\n* Skilled at identifying growth opportunities, overcoming challenges, and driving results;<\/em>
\n*Fluent in German with strong English communication skills;<\/em>
\n*Results-oriented, KPI-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;<\/em>
\n*Quick to learn, adaptable, and a collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving.<\/em><\/p>\n
