\n- Online Content Specialist with Czech or Polish or German.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Review and evaluate user-generated content and advertisements to ensure they meet our<\/em>
\ncommunity standards;<\/em>
\n*Spot and escalate harmful, sensitive, or potentially risky content;<\/em>
\n*Make accurate and timely moderation decisions to maintain a safe online environment;<\/em>
\n*Follow clear, platform-specific guidelines while exercising good judgment;<\/em>
\n*Consistently meet quality and productivity targets;<\/em>
\n*Work closely with team leads to help refine and improve moderation processes.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Czech, Polish, or German (C1 level);<\/em>
\n*Strong command of English (B2 level or higher);<\/em>
\n*Ability to stay resilient while handling graphic or sensitive material;<\/em>
\n*Sharp attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills;<\/em>
\n*Willingness to work 24\/7 shifts;<\/em>
\n*Previous content moderation experience is a plus - but not required.<\/em><\/p>\n
