\nSpecialist with Danish or Dutch or Norwegian.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Support customers by phone and email with questions about smart sports devices;<\/em>
\n*Help with orders, deliveries, and product information;<\/em>
\n*Guide users through features of smartwatches and fitness bands;<\/em>
\n*Solve technical issues and provide clear solutions;<\/em>
\n*Keep records of customer interactions accurately;<\/em>
\n*Create a positive experience and represent the brand with enthusiasm.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Danish, Dutch, or Norwegian (C1) and good command of English (B2);<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must;<\/em>
\n*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;<\/em>
\n*Passion for sports, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is an advantage;<\/em>
\n*Comfortable using new technologies and devices;<\/em>
\n*Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.<\/em><\/p>\n
