\nPolish or German or French.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n*Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries about modern smart devices;
\n*Support clients with orders, deliveries, and product details;
\n*Guide users through the main functions and features of wearable technology;
\n*Identify and resolve technical issues with clear, step-by-step solutions;
\n*Keep accurate records of customer requests and interactions;
\n*Provide an excellent customer experience while representing the brand in a professional and
\nfriendly way.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Polish, German, or French (C1) and good working knowledge of English (B2);
\n*Previous experience in customer support is helpful, but not required;
\n*Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems effectively;
\n*Interest in technology, gadgets, or modern lifestyle products is a plus;
\n*Comfortable exploring and using new tools and devices;
\n*Reliable, cooperative, and eager to learn and develop.<\/p>\n
