For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing,<\/em>
\nfocused on efficiency and excellent customer service - we are looking for:<\/em>
\nCustomer Relations Expert with English or German, or French, or Spanish<\/strong>\u00a0or Turkish.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Communication with clients mainly by email and, if necessary, by phone in connection with<\/em>
\nfinancial or administrative queries;<\/em>
\n* Providing accurate information regarding services, orders, payments or<\/em>
\nbilling;<\/em>
\n*Solving standard cases using internal systems and database;<\/em>
\n*Maintaining detailed and correct documentation of every customer communication;<\/em>
\n*Coordination with other departments (including accounting or sales) to effectively<\/em>
\nservice and data accuracy.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/em>
\n*Excellent command of English or German or French or Spanish or Turkish;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in a customer service or administrative\/finance role is<\/em>
\nAdvantage;<\/em>
\n*Good communication skills and attention to detail;<\/em>
\n*Confident using a computer and basic programs such as Excel, Outlook and browsers;<\/em>
\n*Written communication skills and the ability to work with diverse information.<\/em>
