For one of our clients - one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and<\/em>

\nhigh-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for -\u00a0Financial Technology Support<\/strong><\/em>
\nAdvisor with Swedish or Norwegian or Danish or German .<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide exceptional support via email, chat, and phone;<\/em>
\n*Resolve customer inquiries and product-related issues efficiently;<\/em>
\n*Guide users through troubleshooting steps and technical challenges;<\/em>
\n*Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure full satisfaction;<\/em>
\n*Relay customer insights and suggestions to product and tech teams;<\/em>
\n*Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented tone at all times.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian, or Danish, or German, plus strong English skills;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in customer service, preferably in tech or fintech is a plus;<\/em>
\n*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;<\/em>
\n*Clear communicator who can explain complex matters simply;<\/em>
\n*Self-driven and organized, able to multitask effectively;<\/em>
\n*Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts to meet customer needs.<\/em><\/p>\n
