\nSpecialist with Polish or Arabic and English.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide excellent email support to gamers, resolving questions and issues quickly;<\/em>
\n*Maintain a friendly, helpful tone to create positive player experiences;<\/em>
\n*Identify and assess problems, forwarding complex cases to the right teams;<\/em>
\n*Collaborate with other departments to ensure fast and effective solutions;<\/em>
\n*Keep your knowledge of games, policies, and industry trends up to date.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in Polish or Arabic and solid English skills, with strong writing ability;<\/em>
\n*Genuine passion for gaming and good understanding of gaming platforms;<\/em>
\n*Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting;<\/em>
\n*Previous customer support or service experience, ideally in gaming or tech;<\/em>
\n*Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings when needed.<\/em><\/p>\n
