For one of our clients -\u00a0<\/strong>a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer<\/em>

\nhigh-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for -\u00a0Non Voice Gaming Support<\/strong><\/em>
\nAssociate French or German and English.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Deliver top-quality email support to gamers, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues<\/em>\u00a0quickly;<\/em>
\n*Keep a friendly and supportive tone to ensure great player experiences;<\/em>
\n*Spot and analyze problems, escalating complex cases to the right teams;<\/em>
\n*Work closely with other departments to resolve concerns and improve player satisfaction;<\/em>
\n*Stay up to date on gaming products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate help.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Fluency in French or German (C1) and strong English skills (B2), with excellent written<\/em>
\ncommunication;<\/em>
\n*Passion for gaming and good knowledge of gaming platforms and systems;<\/em>
\n*Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment;<\/em>
\n*Previous customer support or service experience, ideally in gaming or tech;<\/em>
\n*Willingness to work flexible shifts (day and late hours as needed).<\/em><\/p>\n
