For one of our clients -\u00a0<\/strong>large construction company, we are looking for Technical<\/em>
\nConstruction Manager. You will be responsible for the coordination, control and<\/em>
\nthe successful implementation of construction and technical projects in accordance with<\/em>
\nset deadlines, budget and quality standards.<\/em><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n* plan, organize and manage the implementation of construction and technical projects by<\/em>
\nstart to completion;<\/em>
\n* coordinate the activities of external contractors and ensure compliance with deadlines and<\/em>\u00a0requirements;<\/em>
\n*guides and manages the work of the construction team; reading projects; knowledge of<\/em>
\nconstruction sites;<\/em>
\n*prepares detailed bills of quantities and values related to materials and labor;<\/em>
\n*Tracks site costs - including resources, human capital and<\/em>\u00a0Mechanization;<\/em>
\n*ensures quality control of the materials used and their compliance with<\/em>
\nProject;<\/em>
\n*prepares and updates schedules, reports and reports for management.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n* Graduate technical education, such as engineering or construction specialty will<\/em>
\nbe an advantage;<\/em>
\n*Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years (Civil Engineer or Technical<\/em>\u00a0supervisor);<\/em>
\n* Skills in the use of surveying instruments and accurate setting of levels and<\/em>\u00a0heights;<\/em>
\n* Good orientation in technical documentation, drawings and designs;<\/em>
\n*Excellent computer and specialized software skills (e.g. AutoCAD, MS<\/em>\u00a0Project);<\/em>
\n* Valid driving license - category \"B\", with willingness to travel in different<\/em>\u00a0cities;<\/em>
\n* Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.<\/em><\/p>\n
