For one of our clients - a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global<\/em>

\n- Delivery Support Specialist with Dutch or German or French (Remote\/PTE\/FTE).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Provide customer care via phone, email, or chat regarding shipment inquiries (delivered,<\/em>
\nundelivered, or lost);<\/em>
\n*Assist customers with tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution in a timely and<\/em>\u00a0professional manner;<\/em>
\n*Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations and accurate information<\/em>\u00a0flow;<\/em>
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases in the system;<\/em>
\n*Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction by offering clear, empathetic, and solution-<\/em>
\noriented support.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French and strong command of English;<\/em>
\n*Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or a call center environment is an<\/em>\u00a0advantage;<\/em>
\n*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;<\/em>
\n*Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection;<\/em>
\n*Availability for part-time or full-time work on shifts - fully remote.<\/em><\/p>\n
