\ntroubleshooting steps;
\n*Deliver clear, personalized responses to ensure each customer feels heard and valued;
\n*Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed;
\n*Adhere to company processes to provide consistent, dependable service;

\n*Fluent in Lithuanian, Czech, or Arabic, with strong English skills;
\n*Excellent communicator with a positive, customer-focused mindset;
\n*Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn
\nmatter most;
\n*Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying organized during busy periods;
\n*Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
\n*Confident using online platforms, software, and support tools.<\/p>\n
