For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing,<\/em>
\nfocused on efficiency and excellent customer service - we are looking for:<\/em>
\nCustomer service clerk with Hungarian or French, Greek or Swedish.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*responding to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone;<\/em>
\n* Resolve major technical or product issues quickly and efficiently;<\/em>
\n* Ensuring smooth continuation of processes for more complex issues;<\/em>
\n* recording and tracking all customer inquiries and actions for better<\/em>\u00a0organization;<\/em>
\n* Sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues for faster and more efficient service to<\/em>\u00a0clients.<\/em><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/em><\/strong>
\n*excellent knowledge of Hungarian or French or Greek or Swedish and good<\/em>
\nfluency in English;<\/em>
\n* Basic technical knowledge (operating systems, applications, networks);<\/em>
\n*Good written communication skills; experience with chat or email support is a plus;<\/em>
\n* Ability to solve problems quickly and calmly;<\/em>
\n*customer oriented approach and attention to detail.<\/em><\/p>\n
