\n*Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step problem-solving processes;
\n*Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support system;
\n*Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall service quality;
\n*Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a friendly, professional, and multilingual customer experience.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Hungarian, French, or Czech with excellent English communication skills;
\n*Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support is a plus;
\n*Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and attention to detail;
\n*Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a flexible, team-oriented mindset;
