\n*Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in full compliance with Bulgarian labour and tax laws;
\n*Ensure all payroll and timekeeping procedures meet company standards and local regulations;
\n*Prepare regular payroll reports and support audits or internal reviews;
\n*Act as a trusted advisor on payroll, tax, and employment law matters;
\n*Drive process improvements and share best practices within the payroll team.<\/p>\n
\n*Minimum 4 years of payroll experience in Bulgaria or a similarly complex country;
\n*Strong understanding of local labour, tax, and social security regulations;
\n* Skilled in Excel and confident using HR and finance systems;
\n*Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities;
\n*Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and integrity in all dealings.<\/p>\n
