\n*Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging apps;
\n*Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and accurately;
\n*Assist B2B and B2C clients with pre-sales, technical issues, and general questions;
\n*Escalate complex cases following clear procedures;
\n*Collaborate with the team to resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining excellent service.<\/p>\n
\n*Proven experience in customer support or call center environment, handling B2B and B2C clients;
\n*Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2);
\n*Excellent at solving problems and providing top-notch customer support;
\n*Highly organized, attentive to detail, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities;
\n*Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback, and driven to grow and improve continuously.<\/p>\n
