Responsibilities
\n*Guide a sales team to hit targets and deliver exceptional customer service;
\n*Provide data-driven insights on team performance;
\n*Identify, train, and develop talent within the team;
\n*Lead coaching sessions to improve individual and team results;
\n*Communicate clearly with all levels of management;
\n*Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to policies.<\/p>\n
Requirements and necessary skills
\n*1+ years of managerial experience;
\n*3+ years of overall work experience, with 1+ year in outbound sales or telemarketing;
\n*Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading high-performing teams;
\n*Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills;
\n*Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics, strong problem-solving and multitasking
\nabilities;
\n*Excellent Romanian language and strong English skills.<\/p>\n
