\n*Provide clear information and basic help with non-technical questions;
\n*Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the system;
\n*Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed;
\n*Follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
\n*Stay informed about products, services, and company updates.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Slovak, plus good English skills;
\n*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential;
\n*Excellent communication and people skills;
\n*Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems;
\n*Calm, patient, and professional under pressure;
\n*Flexible with shifts and ready to thrive in a dynamic team environment.<\/p>\n
