\n*Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone and email for smart sports devices;
\n*Assist with orders, shipping, and product information, ensuring a smooth customer experience;
\n*Walk users through smartwatch and fitness band features, helping them get the most out of their devices;
\n*Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear, practical solutions;
\n*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback;
\n*Create a positive, engaging experience for every customer and be a proud ambassador of the brand.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluency in Finnish, Danish, Dutch, or Norwegian, plus a strong command of English;
\n*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and enthusiasm matter most;
\n*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to help others;
\n*Passion for sports, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is highly valued;
\n*Comfortable using new technologies and eager to explore innovative devices;
\n*Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow with us.<\/p>\n
