\n*Provide first-level support via email, chat, and occasional phone;
\n*Troubleshoot basic technical issues efficiently and escalate when needed;
\n*Keep clear records of interactions and solutions in our ticketing system;
\n*Deliver a great customer experience with quick and clear communication;
\n*Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and improve support quality;
\n*Ensure timely follow-up on all customer inquiries.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in Finnish, Italian, Norwegian, or Romanian with good English;
\n*Basic technical knowledge of software, apps, and operating systems;
\n*Strong written communication; email\/chat support experience is a plus;
\n*Quick problem-solving skills with a calm, structured approach;
\n*Customer-focused, patient, and detail-oriented;
\n*Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.<\/p>\n
