For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for - Online Sales Specialist with Spanish or Arabic or French (Hybrid).<\/p>\n

\n*Drive inbound and outbound sales through calls, emails, and social channels;
\n*Engage new prospects with confident cold calling and product presentations;
\n*Promote innovative software and app solutions that fit client needs;
\n*Build lasting relationships and guide customers through the sales journey;
\n*Keep all interactions and progress accurately updated in Salesforce;
\n*Collaborate with teammates to hit and exceed sales goals.<\/p>\n
\n*Fluent in Spanish, Arabic, or French (C1) and English (B2);
\n*1.5 years of sales experience in a dynamic environment;
\n*Proven cold calling skills and resilience;
\n*Experience in software or app sales is a plus;
\n*Strong communication, organization, and customer focus;
\n*Comfortable using CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.<\/p>\n
