\nDesk Representative for an Industry-Leading Product with Romanian and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n*Respond to client questions via email, chat, and phone promptly;
\n*Provide precise and useful details about the company's offerings;
\n*Keep informed about products, brand updates, and market developments;
\n*Look into customer concerns to deliver reliable and relevant answers;
\n*Log all customer interactions and notes accurately in a system;
\n*Contribute to a seamless and satisfying customer support experience.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
\n* Excellent Romanian skills and advanced English proficiency;
\n* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus;
\n* Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities;
\n* Confident using computers and familiar with MS Office tools;
\n* Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks independently or as part of a team.<\/p>\n
