\n*Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner;
\n*Share clear, accurate information about the company's products and services;
\n*Stay up to date on product features, brand news, and industry trends;
\n*Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring helpful and relevant solutions;
\n*Record all interactions and case details precisely in the system;
\n*Help create a smooth and positive customer experience at every step.<\/p>\n
\n*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
\n*Fluent in Slovenian, Azerbaijani, or Romanian, with advanced English;
\n*Previous experience in customer support or a related role is an advantage;
\n*Customer-oriented attitude and proactive problem-solving approach;
\n*Comfortable using computers and familiar with MS Office;
\n*Organized, detail-focused, and able to work well independently or within a team.<\/p>\n
